DeGustiPlus is a play on words of a famous Latin sentence “DE GUSTIBUS NON EST DISPUTANDUM”, to affirm that tastes are subjective and everyone has the right to have their own. According to Plutarch, Julius Caesar pronounce this sentence in front of a plate of buttered asparagus that were served to him and his generals in the Milanese home of Valerio Leone. The generals did not like the dish. Then Cesare, to calm people down, would have said the phrase that would later become very famous.
